    Description:
Patron Global blocks (in #1) have been disappearing after a patron load.

I placed 2 Global blocks and 1 local block on account ID8312, then ran our patron load. After it ran, the global block in #1 had vanished.

    Resolution:
Your patrons.plif input file has this:

    DELINQ-INDEX..... 1
    DELINQ...........
    DELINQ-N.........

Since you are specifying "+" as the Null/Ignore character in your p_file_20 submission, I suggest you try changing it to this:

    DELINQ-INDEX..... 1
    DELINQ........... +
    DELINQ-N.........

The effect of this should be that the existing DELINQ-1 in the z303 record will be left as is.

[From site:] Now that I understand what's going on a little better, I think instead I'll just change my delinq index number in the patron load file so that accounting blocks get written to a less used field number (#3).
