Description:
Since installing the February, 2010, v20 Service Pack 2417, we find that the HOL records created by p_file_96 do not have 852 $$c (collection codes) on them. The collection code is also missing from the linked Items created by the service.

The code in the 049 is appropriate. The mapping table columns and data seem to be in good form. File-96 worked fine last week, prior to the service pack.

We use this loader for our approval records and EOCRs, so it's critical that it work properly.

Resolution:
Corrected by v20 rep_change 2606, to be included in the August 20.2 Minor Release.
