After making the change described in KB 16384-29345 to our abc01 tab_z105 to make our abc30 Course z13 records be updated by changes to the abc01 records, when we run p_file_99 we are seeing many

Oracle error: io_z105_write
ORA-00001: unique constraint (ABC50.Z105_ID) violated

errors in the log. We did not see these errors prior to the change to tab_z105.

Resolution:
As noted in KB 8192-4344, these messages are *not* a cause for concern and can be ignored.
