    Description:
There were error messages reported with creation of z97 and z98 indexes at the end of p_manage_01 in ABC01.

For Z97, the indexes were created regardless.

    For Z98:

    > CREATE UNIQUE INDEX LDS01.Z98_ID ON ABC01.Z98 (Z98_REC_KEY ASC)
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired

Error : Only 0 indexes out of 1 for table z98 were created
Error : index list for index creation was 'z98_id'

util a/17/14 also shows that the index was not created.

Should we try to recreate the index with util a/17/18?

    Resolution:
You do not want or need to do util a/17/18 -- that applies only to the case where the index-building has failed because of duplicates --that's different than "Resource Busy".

From site: The issue was resolved by adding space to the TEMP dir. We do not use this in our standard RAC setup; that is why it was so small.

KB's 8192-7895 and 8192-7896 also discuss "Resource Busy".
