    Description:
My p_manage_02 log has the following error:

    aleph_admin@ALEPH6> CREATE UNIQUE INDEX SYS01.Z01_ID2 ON SYS01.Z01 (Z01_ACC_SEQUENCE ASC)
    *
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object

When I run util/a/17/14 on Z01 it reports that all of the indexes are there with no problems reported. Was the index built as the records were loaded? (I did have a failed run because of lack of disc space, p_manage_02 did not even get its cycles file created)

    Resolution:
When an indexing job finds that the Oracle index it wants to create already exists, that is not a problem. This error may be ignored.
