    Description:
I am trying to run p_manage_102 on our test server and it fails with the error 'Filtering program not found'.

I ran from the command line with the following (taken from Fang Peng's doc on Authority Control Setup for v.18):

    csh -f p_manage_102 abc01, abc10,000000000,999999999,1xxt,9,>& $alephe_scratch/p_manage_102.log &

    Resolution:
The $alephe_scratch/p_manage_102.log has a single line:

p_manage_102: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

Instead of the command shown you should use this command:

    csh -f p_manage_102 ABC01,ABC10,1,000000000,999999999,1xxt,9,>& $alephe_scratch/p_manage_102.log &
