    p_manage_17 Help should indicate need to run following p_manage_02

    Currently the p-manage-17.html Help says:

    "Run this service after conversions or if you suspect that there is a problem with the filing of long headings. In addition, ..."

    This needs to be corrected to the following:

    "Run this service after running p_manage_02, or if you suspect that there is a problem with the filing of long headings. In addition, ..."


    There is some logic in the $aleph_proc/p_manage_02 which will set the last-long-acc-number if “Duplicate mode” = Y (and p_manage_02_x is therefore executed), but, for the reasons described in KB 5709, p_manage_02 should be run only with “Duplicate mode” = N. Therefore, p_manage_17 needs to be executed following p_manage_02.

    "Conversions" would always involve running p_manage_02. Therefore, with "after running p_manage_02" inserted, "after conversions" becomes extraneous and confusing -- and I have omitted it.

    Resolution:
    Corrected by v21 rep_change 161. The p_manage_17 service help (p-manage-17.html) has been corrected.
