    Description:
p_manage_32 fails. The $alephe_scratch log has:

Sat Dec 23 03:36:05 EST 2006 Error : Only 1 indexes out of 2 for table z0102 were created
    Sat Dec 23 03:36:05 EST 2006 Error : Please check logs /exlibris/aleph/u17_1/abc01/scratch/create_ora_tables_z0102_id*.log

And the $data_scratch/create_ora_tables_z0102_id1.log has this error:

    SQL-ALEPH_ADMIN> CREATE INDEX ABC01.Z0102_ID1 ON ABC01
    .Z0102 (Z0102_REC_KEY_1 ASC)
    *
    ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP

    Resolution:
As described in KB 5120, the z0102_id1 Oracle index has an unusually large TEMP space requirement. We see (in util a/17/11/2 for z0102) that the ABC01 z0102 is occupying 22 gig. This would indicate the need for a TEMP space of 20 gig. But it's our feeling that the recommendations in util h/1/10 for what should be included in the z0102 are too high. I recommend changing 20 bases which are more than 10% of the total database from "Y" to "N" in tab_base.eng, column 8.

manage-32 could be rerun, but normally doing util a/17/2 to build the z0102_id1 will suffice.

Note: I have also added three 2G datafiles to TEMP, raising it from 10G to 16G.

    Additional Information

    manage-32, z0102_id
