p_manage_32 fails with: "Error : Only 1 indexes out of 2 for table z0102 were created".

Why does this happen and how can this be fixed?

Resolution:
The $data_scratch/create_ora_tables_z0102_id1.log has this message:

ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP

The z0102_id1 is unusual in its TEMP space requirements. More datafiles need to be added (at least temporarily) to the TEMP table space.

Experience has shown that building the z0102_id1 requires TEMP tablespace, which is at least 90% of the z0102 table itself.

util a/17/11/2 shows that the z0102 is occupying 14.6 gig.
Thus, the TEMP table space needs to be at least 13.2 gig.

Adding data files to the TEMP table space, using util o/13, and then running util a/17/2 for the z0102_id1 corrected the problem.

Note: It's possible that when the z0102_id1 is built at the end of p_manage_32 the TEMP space used by the z0102_id build (20% of the z0102 data table) is not recovered before the z0102_id1 is built. If this is the case, then the total TEMP required in the p_manage_32 build would be 110% (90% + 20%) of the z0102 data table.
