Description:
Can p_manage_33 be run in an ADM or HOL library? We have multiple ADM libraries and often we want to delete the ADM record but not the bib (since the record *is* still held by other ADMs).

Resolution:
No, it cannot. Though manage-33 is included in the Cataloging - "Catalog Maintenance Procedures" Services menu regardless of what library you're connected to, it should NEVER be run in and ADM library or HOL library.   If it is, it will still delete bib records (in the bib library this ADM or HOL library is connected to)!   Run this *only* in bib, authority, or Course Reserve libraries.
