    Description:
I ran p_manage_40 with the following parameters:

    setenv p_active_library "ABC01"
    setenv p_input_file ""
    setenv p_start_doc_number_x "000034676"
    setenv p_end_doc_number_x "000034678"
    setenv p_update_date "20090101"

with the intention of producing a z07 for bib 000034677 which would then be processed by ue_01. ue_01 has not processed 000034677 and it seems p_manage_40 did not produce any z07 for it (-- though there are no error messages in the p_manage_40 log).

    Resolution:
p_manage_40 failed to write a z07 for bib 000034677 because you have specified:

    setenv p_update_date "20090101"

(which means that it will get records which have been updated since 20090101) while the last CAT field for 000034677 has a date of 2007-02-02):

    CAT L $$aMYERSD2$$b10$$c20070202
