p_manage_50: “Input file does not exist” error

    • Article Type: General
    • Product: Aleph

We just upgraded to v20. When we try to submit p_manage_50 from the GUI Services, we get the message, "Input file does not exist" -- even though the input file *does* exist.

If we submit the job from the command line, the job log shows the same error.

Input file does not exist" is message 5002 in $aleph_root/error_eng. Error 5002 is produced by the:

    b_manage_50_check_param (GUI submission) and

programs, after calling the create_alephe_file_name routine.

This problem with the b_manage_50_check_param and b_manage_50_a programs is corrected by v20 rep_change 2242 (included in the 20.1 Minor Release, distributed in Oct 2009).
