    Description:
When we run p_print_03, there is no error message, but no output file is produced.

There is no "START READING" message in the job log either -- only "END READING" and "end", like this:

    1 END READING AT 16:48:36
    end

    Resolution:
You have specified "XC_ALL" as the input file. The program converts any uppercase characters to lowercase. It is looking for the file "xc_all" -- which is not present.

The name of a file which is input to p_print_03 must be all lowercase. This is also true of most other batch jobs. **Avoid the use of uppercase characters in the names of files used as input in Aleph**.

If p_print_03 never works for *any* input file -- even all lowercase -- and if you have just upgraded to v17 or v18, then please consult KB 8192-7960, which has to do with an incorrect p-print-03.xml submission screen.

If there *is* an output file, but it is empty, it may be that you left the "Field"s blank. To get all fields, Field 1 needs to be "ALL".
