    • Article Type: Q&A
    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20

    Question

Can the standard, distributed security_path_g be used instead of the following in $alephe_root/pc_server_defaults:

    setenv security_path_g "$TMPDIR;$FILE_TMPDIR;${ALEPH_MOUNT}/a${ALEPH_VERSION}_${ALEPH_COPY};${USER_MOUNT}/u${ALEPH_VERSION}_${ALEPH_COPY};/exlibris/users/omri;/tmp;${aleph_utf}/utf_files;/exlibris/a19_6"

    Answer

Yes. The standard pc_server_defaults security_path_g works successfully :

    "$TMPDIR;$FILE_TMPDIR;${ALEPH_MOUNT}/a${ALEPH_VERSION}_${ALEPH_COPY};${USER_MOUNT}/u${ALEPH_VERSION}_${ALEPH_COPY};${aleph_utf}"
