photo-request-slip for serials prints to many items. Record has 951 items and all are printed on the photo-request-slip. How to avoid this?

Answer

Aleph allocates serial issues and bound items to a title using the serial enumeration fields. Enumeration and chronological levels are considered in a photo copy request, the request is created for items that have the same enumeration as the required one.


If z30 fields Z30_ENUMERATION_... and Z30_CHRONOLOGICAL_... are not filled Aleph can't allocate the correct item.
