print picklist p-course-02 not working

Description:
I've run p-course-02 numerous times this morning, each time it produces no output.
I have placed 3 holds for the user id 20269 and am trying to run this for and still I get no data in my output.

What step am I missing?

Resolution:
The user 20269 has hold requests but these records either had no, or lost, their link to the Course Reserves documents (Upgrade Express could be at fault, if so - it can be corrected, see PRB 12379).

We checked the 5 ADM records/hold requests, but they don't show a link to the MBB30 library.

Or, it is possible that records got lost, or links got deleted, during the Upgrade Express.
