rep_change 2186 (v 22)- Serial item date fields starting from year 1000 should be accepted

Description
According to rep_change #2186 (v. 22) it should be possible to enter dates before 01/01/1800, back to date 01/01/1000 for the following item fields:
Issue Date
Exp. Arrival Date
Arrival Date
How can this be done? I am not able to type in these dates.
Resolution
The system's behavior is as follows:
- updates via X-Services can go back to dates > 1000
- updates in the GUI clients can only be done via the calendar and go back to date 19. September 1752. This is a technical restriction of the calendar used in the client.
- The behaviour of the client field itself has not changed and updates earlier than 1800 will not be possible.
