    Description:
server_monitor (and util w/1) don't show anything running:

    ALEPH17>>server_monitor
    | Port | Pid | Server Type | Started At | Status
    |---------|---------|-----------------|-----------------|--------------------

even though "ps -ef | grep server" *does* show servers running.

What could cause this and how can it be fixed?

    Resolution:
The program server_monitor takes the information about running servers from the files $alephe_tab/server_info and alephe_tab/server_info_childs, all servers are writing in these files.

Any kind of corruption of these files or change in permissions could cause the situation when the servers are running, but server_monitor doesn't show them.

In this case, we suggest to kill all server processes, delete the $alephe_tab/server_info and server_info_childs files, and then restart the servers.
