    setenv z07 for both updated and new?

    Description:
    If we specify a z07 setenv in aleph_start, such as “setenv z07_p_file_93 2011” , will that apply to both updated *and* new records?

    Resolution:
    As described in KB's 15834 and 16384-9745, the setenv is used in writing z07s for both new and updated records.

    And ue_01 doesn't know whether the record is new or updated. It is going strictly by the priority (the date).
