    Description:
    In the sfx-record-ver-1.0 html there is a line that looks like:

    url += 'rfr_id=info:sid/www.exlibrisgroup.com/aleph:$0300:OPAC&';

    what does this line mean - what should we be puttiing where the ExLibris URL is? Or should we just remove that URL?

    Resolution:
    The URL is fine as is without change. You should not remove it.

    The SID is part of the OpenURL standard. It identifies the vendor and the database from which the request is coming. In your case, it is coming from an ALEPH database and that's what it shows, so you don't need to make any change at all.
