    Problem Symptoms:
    * When searching for a title in the OPAC (e.g. "American Economic Review") the inactive sfx icon is shown although the fulltext should be available.

    Example of configuration
    * $alephe_root/www_server.conf
    setenv sfx_base_url http://demo.exlibrisgroup.com:9003/demo

    * ./xxx01/tab/tab_sfx
    ! 1 2 3 4 5

    Cause:
    The sfx_openurl_version is set to ver-0.1

    Resolution:
    1) Change variable setenv sfx_openurl_version in $alephe_root/aleph_start.private

    old:
    setenv sfx_openurl_version ver-0.1

    new:
    setenv sfx_openurl_version ver-1.0

    2) Restart the web server (util w/3/1)
