    Description:
When we try to invoke the sp.utility in order to uninstall 16.02 SP 1936, we get the message "permission denied":

    library-16(1) ABC01-ALEPH16>>sp.utility
    sp.utility: Permission denied.

    Resolution:
We still investigating just why this happened, but were able to use "chmod" to correct it:

    library-a16(1) >>chmod +rwx sp.utility
    library-a16(1) >>ls -lrt sp.utility
    -rwxrwxr-x 1 aleph aleph 5030 Dec 30 06:59 sp.utility*
