    Description:
On our production server UE_01 was hung and not processing any records. We killed the process and tried to restart it but now it dies right away with the following error message in the $data_scratch/run_e_01.4944112 log:

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/15_2/a52_5/aleph/exe/create_z0101_buf.gnt'
    error code: 114, pc=0, call=139, seg=0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

We tried deleting the first record in the FSU01.Z07 thinking maybe there was something strange in it but it dies in the same place.

    Resolution:
This turned out to be a problem with Bib record #002392442 loaded yesterday. It dontained a 245 that was too long and split into multiple 245 fields (245 is not repeatble). When this record was deleted from Z07, ue_01 restarted successfully. Record 002392442 has since been modified to bring it within legal limits.
