The response depends on whether you have entries in tab_base.eng with "Y" in column 8 (indicating "Use Z0102 for the logical base"). in column 8 for all lines, then you can respond with "N" for "Update Z01 Counters (Z0102)?". If you do have "Y for any entries, then, you should respond with "Y". The only exception would be if you are planning to run p_manage_32 or p_manage_320 to entirely rebuild the z0102 in the near future.
