    Description:
We see this error hundreds of times in the run_e_08 log:

    Oracle error: update_cursor3 z01
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

    Resolution:
util a/17/14 for z01 showed that the z01_id3 was present and valid.

The run_e_08.9134 from later in the day did *not* have this error.

The run_e_08.3269 was started at 02:18. It was stopped at 18:20. A cold backup occurred at 4:00.

The aleph_shutdown which should precede a cold backup should shut down the ue_08 and the other daemons and servers. It seems that for some reason it did not.

If you want to pursue this, please check the aleph_shutdown to see why the ue_08 is not being stopped.

    The workaround is:

    1. stop ue_08 with util e/10
    2. do util c/1 to verify that it is stopped; if not, go to step 1
    3. do util e/8 to restart ue_08
