    Description:
We are getting the unique constraint (ABC50.Z105_ID) violated error described in KB 8192-4344.
    ABC50 is the $z105_library.

When we look at UTIL-C-1, ue11 doesn't show up, even after restarting it using UTIL-E-11.

    The ./abc50/scratch/run_e_11.29553 log shows:
    I/O error : file '/exlibris/aleph/u18_1/abc50/tab/tab20'
    error code: 3/5 (ANS85), pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    13 File not found

There is a tab20 in abc01, abc10, and abc60. Do we need one in abc50?

    Resolution:
The abc50 tab_z105 had this line:
    UPDATE-Z30 4 ABC50

The UPDATE-Z30 action pertains only to the German Central/local configuration.
Message type "4" is used only in an authority library.

Deleting this line and stopping ue_11 (UTIL-E-12) / restarting ue_11 (UTIL-E-11) corrected the problem.
