ue_21 stops: "Execution error: .../expand_doc_course.gnt"

Problem Symptoms:
The ue_21 (Publishing daemon) stops with: "Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a20_n/aleph/exe/expand_doc_course.gnt'" in processing an xxx30 Course Reserves record.
Cause:
This occurs under the following conditions:

1. the xxx30 doc record which ue_21 is processing has an "SID xxx30 ..." field (that is, it's connected to an xxx30 record rather than an xxx01 bib record);
2. the xxx30 tab_expand has a HOLDING line: the HOLDING line needs to be in the xxx01 *bib* library; there should *not* be any in the xxx30 Course library's tab_expand.
Resolution:
Delete any HOLDING lines from the xxx30 tab_expand.
