Description:
We tried to run Util A 17 2 and 3 to build z0102 Oracle indexes and got the following message:

We don't know the user-name/password.

Resolution:
This is normal. The process responds automatically to the "Enter user-name" prompt (though that response is not shown) and proceeds.

The util a/17/2 process can take up to 1/2 hour to build the Oracle indexes in a large table -- which the z0102 at your site certainly is.
