util g/2 in HOL library error

Description:
I just tried to access the library parameters in our ABC60 library and got an error appearing and very quickly disappearing saying USM60 z52_ID missing.

I checked our USM60 z52_id using util a 17/14 and it showed the z52_id as unusable so I rebuilt it and I can now access the library parameters for NOV60. My question is why would the existence of the USM table be needed for the NOV60 library parameters?

Resolution:
Each library uses a particular "base demo library" to acquire its values. See KB 3990 for details.
