    Description:
We find that whenever a tab_base Find command (col. 9) contains "alldocuments", the util h/1/10 ("Z0102 Setup") entry for the base shows "NEGATIVE BASE" -- as though it has no results, whereas, in fact, an OPAC search in the base *does* show results.

This can be seen in the util h/1/10 for following as-delivered USM01 bases:

    NOT_ART Not Art USM01 USM01 N alldocuments not wrd=art
    ...
    USM01_PAC USM01 PAC USM01 USM01 N alldocuments not wst=(suppressed or deleted)

    Resolution:
This behavior is noted in section 12.1 of the "System Librarian’s Guide – Web OPAC":

"If a base has the wrd=alldocuments not... command in Column 9, or if the base has no documents, then the caption in the # Docs. column in the report will be: NEGATIVE BASE."
