    Problem Symptoms:
    Rather than cleaning the $data_scratch directories of all libraries, util_x_02 (Clean data_scratch) runs for the vir01, usr00, and illsv libraries only.

    Cause:
    As can be from this in the log:

    3. Clean data_scratch of ALL libraries (default)
    vir01 usr00 illsv usm01 usm10 usm11 usm12 usm14 usm15 usm19
    <etc.>

    vir01, usr00, and illsv are the first three libraries in the list. And the last lines in the log are these:

    illsv
    /exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch: No such file or directory.

    util_x_02 hits illsv and stops because there's no $data_scratch.

    Resolution:
    > dlib illsv
    > cd $data_root
    > mkdir scratch

    And, if there's no ./illsv/files or ./illsv/print directory, also do this:

    > mkdir files
    > mkdir print
