    v19 UTIL-F-4 for usm50 z36 gets: "Oracle error: fetch z36"

    Description:
    In v19, when I do "dlib usm50" and UTIL-F-4 for the z36, I get this:
    Oracle error: fetch z36
    ORA-01007: variable not in select list

    Resolution:
    It seems that the USR00 Z66 was corrected previously, but the usm50 data is not actually v19 data and we are falling into this category: "If the other USMnn data also has this fetch error, then you may need to do imp_demo_libraries. See KB 8192-6375 for info on running imp_demo_libraries."

    But in v19, the proc you run is $aleph_proc/oracle_imp_demo_libs, *not* imp_demo_libraries. That is what Upgrade Express is supposed to run and what I ran to get the correct USMnn files out there.

    Note: After doing this, I ran:
    >> csh -f $aleph_proc/clear_vir01 VIR01 > & clear_vir01.0926.js &
