    Description:
You see this message in an index job log or an ue_01 log:

    CREATE UNIQUE INDEX xxx01.Znn_ID...
ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by nnnn in tablespace xxxxxxx

    Resolution:
This indicates a problem with the Znn_ID Oracle index. The index has not been created. (Doing util a 17/14 should confirm this.)

You need to either decrease the secondary allocation for this Oracle index or add a file to the tablespace in which it resides. Most likely, the latter. And then you need to run util a/17/2 to rebuild the index.

Note: If the message says "... in tablespace TEMP", then consult KB 16384-11346.

    Additional Information

    temp segment, tablespace
