    Problem Symptoms:
    * The prefix ABC- added via util g/2 to counter last-doc-number in xxx40 library is not displayed

    Cause:
    A prefix cannot be added to last-doc-number

    Resolution:
    It is not possible to add a prefix to last-doc-number sequence.

    Additional Information

    This counter is system generated and also used for the 9 digit numeric document number (e.g. z416_doc_number) which cannot accommodate a prefix.

    Existing prefixes are neglected
