    Question

Why is there no z07h {z07 (Update doc) History} table or z07h trigger in the $alephe_root/tab/file_list.BIB?

    Answer

z07h is a special table, created by util e/5/1 (as is the Z07H_TRIGGER_1).

    Additional Information

The only problem, as described in KB 8192-2171 ('Z07H_TRIGGER_1' does not exist; ABC01.Z07H ... table or view does not exist) is if an xxx01 library has a z07h table and that library's data is ported to another instance.
Aside from this special case, util e/5/1 can and should be used to create the table and the trigger.
