    Problem Symptoms:
    Setup of Patron logger functionality was done according description of "Yoel Log for Patron Record Changes V21 rep_ver 017818".

    ./xxx50/tab/tab_patron_log.lng is set to

    !!!-!-!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!->
    001 Y Update of global patron record-Details
    002 Y Update of global patron record-Blocks

    But no actions are writen in the file z307

    Cause:
    utf files not refreshed
    time stamp of $aleph_utf/utf_files/exlibris/aleph/xxx50/tab/tab_patron_log.eng newer than changed configuration file

    Resolution:
    1. Update the file in ./xxx50/tab/tab_patron_log.lng to a newer time stamp
    e.g.
    touch $data_tab/tab_patron_log.lng

    2. Restart the PC Server
