    Description

The "Ret-Adm-03" General Retrieval Form (ADM), is a new Aleph 21 Service and an improvement on the previous Ret-Adm-01. This service allows you to retrieve Administrative records* from the Aleph database. In this lesson, we explore the interface and the new features of this service.

*Administrative (ADM) records are linked to bibliographic records.
They include item-level information, acquisitions, circulation and item-specific copy and arrival date.
Item records cannot exist without an ADM record.
