    status: open
    priority: high
    subject area: funds expenditure
    acquisitions

    Use Case:

Acquisitions managers often need to build reports for bibliographers or budget officers for various POL statuses such as Sent or Waiting for Renewal, in order to determine where PO Lines are in the workflow and what subsequent action to take, especially for collection development purposes or around the end of the fiscal year.

The current Analytics POL status values of Active, Cancelled, and Closed are not sufficient and need more granularity.
