The Borrowing Details contains the Statistical Category names but does not have the Statistical Categories themselves that are stored in the Note. These are in the Users Subject Area but missing from the Fulfillment Subject Area.

Users want to create reports that show loan details by statistical categories.

This is impossible to do without the statistical category note field.
