Expired patron physical item requests are not mapped correctly from Alma to Analytics.

For example, the number of expired patron physical item requests in Alma is always >1 at Boston College and yet the number of expired patron physical item requests in Alma Analytics is always zero.

There are statuses in Analytics called ‘Rejected’ and ‘Rejected by Library’ but these are not statuses in Alma so it’s impossible to determine where this information is mapped from.

    status: open
    priority: high
subject area: fulfillment; physical items; requests

    Use Case:

Users want to be able to determine how many patron physical item requests expire in Alma before users come to pick up the hold.
