    "Could not send message" in resource sharing lending request

    Description

    When trying to send a lending request in the Resource Sharing Library using the 'ship non-returnable' option the following error message appears:

     

    'Could not send message: could not create message' although the partner's email address is correctly set. 

    Resolution

    A post address is required for your Resource Sharing Library. Please add an address to ...

    >Fulfillment >Configuration Menu (Inter-Library Loans) >Library Details >Contact Information.

     

    Afterwards it should be possible to send per "Ship non-returnable".
