Where is the email defined, for the "From" email address, in a Resource Sharing Borrowing Request ˜Send Query to Patron" email / letter?
Answer
The From Address is defined in the Resource Sharing Library configuration,
1. Go to General Configuration Menu
2. Click: "Add a Library or Edit Library Information"
3. Click the "Libraries" tab
4. Click the Resource Sharing Library
5. Click the "Contact Information" tab inspect the email address.
