What does the EDI alert "Supplier agent was not found" mean?

Answer

This alert is an old EAN functionality in EDI that was never fully implemented. It checked the EDI file for the RFF+API segement and if it was populated would check to see if an EAN code existed to match it to the vendor account. The "Supplier agent was not found" alert can appear if an invoice has the RFF+API segment populated, but as it's not in use it does not affect the creation of the invoice.

The EDI job report has duplicate alerts. Does this mean that the invoice was created twice?

Answer

No. Duplicate alerts does not affect invoice creation and is a glitch.
