In our Alma Sandbox publishing information for physical titles is not working. When I click on the 'Publishing Information' action link in the result list from a Physical Titles search, the form is empty.

Answer

The reason why no publishing information appears in the is that the record was never published. In the Completed Jobs tab, there is no Publishing to Primo job. This is why the 'Last publication date' and 'Last publication value' are empty in the Publishing Information form.
