    Acquisitions: Item was received but PO line is still in status Sent or In Review



    When checking an item it has the status "Received" but the PO line still shows the status "Sent" or "In Review".


    The item was not received correctly. When receiving an item use the option > Acquisitions > Receiving and Invoicing > Receive. Don't add the "Receiving Date" manually to the item, it will be added there automatically when you follow the correct workflow.
