    Question

On the Electronic Collection Activation Wizard, Package and Services Setup page -- what is the difference between "Activate this package service" and "Make service available"?

    Answer

    Both flags should be checked:
    * "Activate this package service" - a package can have more than one service; this checkbox enables to select the preferred service.
    * "Make service available" - indicates the availability of the package service (active/inactive).
