  How to find which fields can be added to a letter in Alma?

  Answer

  Generate a letter e-mail to yourself with a raw XML using 'XML to Letter Admin' function in Alma under General Configuration Menu > General Configuration:

  1. Choose user with your e-mail address on the top as 'XML receiver'

  2. Identify a letter you want and click the check box for the letter

  3. Save

  4. Send the letter as normal

  5. System will generate and send e-mail with full raw XML for the selected letter to a selected 'XML receiver'
