Article from A-Z Database is not in Primo VE

Question
When I open up a database from our A-Z list, and search directly in that database, I can find my article (published 2017). So why wouldn't the database be a source for the same article in Primo VE?
Answer
In Alma, the portfolio that contains the article must be configured correctly. The portfolio's coverage information was incorrectly set to 2009–2015, so the 2017 article was excluded from the Primo VE "View Online" results. To verify or edit coverage:
1. From Alma main search menu: Electronic Portfolio > Keywords > [enter search terms] > Search for the portfolio in Alma > "Edit Portfolio > "Coverage" tab.
2. Verify and/or edit coverage dates.
3. Save changes.
