    Question

How can the base URL of the Link Resolver be changed in the bX Hot Articles App configuration?

    Answer

When migrating from SFX to Alma and the bX Hot Articles App must be changed to point to the UResolver when linking to an article (this method can also be used when changing the Base URL of an existing link resolver)

Please open a case with the Tier 1 Support Team and request the Base URL change the in the bX Hot Articles app configuration.

The request will be forwarded to the bX Product Manager.
Customer changes are collected and integrated as part of regular software updates for the application. These updates include base URL updates.

    Additional Information

Please note that the release date for Android and Apple iOS updates can vary.
This means that a specific library's resolver Base URL may changes in one before the other.
