    Goal

     Changing the service that is currently displayed in ViewIt via Direct Linking, when several services are available. 

    Resolution

    If Alma is configured to enable direct linking even when multiple services available, OpenURL link resolver displays the first electronic service in the services list. move a specific service to the top of the services list to make it displayed.

     

    1) Go to: Fulfillment>Fulfillment Configuration>Configuration Menu>Discovery Interface Display Logic>Online Services Order

    2) Change services position by using the Move Up/Down arrow buttons or add a new service to the list using the Add to top button.
